This purchase is for the members of the Body Ready Method class. You are buying enough binding discs, covers, the service of punching the Body Ready pdf file, and shipping in the continental US. 

Here are detailed instructions for your order. 

1. First, make arrangements with Watson Family Printing to print your pdf file, and for them to send the printed materials to Discbound Marketplace. Make sure to specify double-sided printing, and to use 28lb paper.
2. Next, make the purchase of this product here on the Discbound Marketplace website.
3. When we receive the printed materials from Watson we'll punch the papers, and send a kit to you containing the following: 
   1. Thirty-three 3/4" black binding discs (enough for binding 3 volumes)
   2. Thirty-three 1" black binding discs (enough for binding 3 volumes, allowing for additional materials to be bound)
   3. Six covers for letter-sized paper, three frosted clear and three black. We offer covers in clear, frosted clear, and black; if you want something other than the standard three frosted clear and three black please specify in the order notes. 
4. We have many different color binding discs, if you want something other than black feel free to shop and add those to your order.
